September 15 - "Community Services" You may have thought you knew all there was to know about community resources, however, we will learn more. Cathy Chavez will share with us about the history of Community Services Association. Their services are of value for times when we are active, as well as when we may want home services.
Join us every first and third Fridays at 10:00 for a stimulating speaker and conversation. Friendships are created and nurtured, and our mental, physical, spiritual health is encouraged. No RSVP is necessary, just join us in the Creekside Center of Los Altos United Methodist Church. Light exercises are enjoyed, and light refreshments are served. Contact Rev.
