September 1 - "Dreams and Creativity" We again welcome Vivian Silva, who offers ways to recover and work with our dreams. Dreams are the gifts that we often overlook, and can be used in waking times to solve problems and to work creatively. She will give us guidance about how to use our dreams to create poetry, stories, and the visual arts.
Join us every first and third Fridays at 10:00 for a stimulating speaker and conversation. Friendships are created and nurtured, and our mental, physical, spiritual health is encouraged. No RSVP is necessary, just join us in the Creekside Center of Los Altos United Methodist Church. Light exercises are enjoyed, and light refreshments are served. Contact Rev.
